Job Position – Project Manager (Civil)

Seeking an accomplished Project Manager (Civil) – Senior Position to oversee all aspects of interior fitout and design and build project in UAE. Your extensive expertise and familiarity with local regulations, guidelines, and cutting-edge construction practices in UAE will be pivotal in ensuring the project’s successful completion. Collaborating closely with the construction team, subcontractors, and clients, you will play a key role in executing the project efficiently, within the specified timeline, budget, and in adherence to the highest quality standards. Proficiency in preparing regular reports using Primavera and MS Office Projects is essential, reflecting your commitment to transparency and effective communication.
Key Requirements:
– Preferably a Civil Engineer.
– Minimum of 5 years of experience in the UAE Interior Fit Out Industry.
– Excellent communication Skills
– Expertise in project scheduling, risk analysis, time management, and resource management.
– Proficient in generating Labor Histograms using Primavera software.
– Possession of a valid UAE driver’s license.
– Holding DM/SOE card.
