Job Purpose:
Develop and monitor the execution of high-level and detailed schedules and plans for a specific programme/project in order to ensure that various project works, teams and resources are efficiently planned, integrated and organised to timely and accurately meet project requirements.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

Minimum Experience:
5 to 7 years of relevant project planning experience preferably in commercial and/or military ship building

Job-Specific Knowledge & Skills:
– Project management skills
-Knowledge of relevant tools and systems (Primavera etc.) and other computer skills
-Knowledge of ships (i.e. technical drawings, technical specifications, etc.)
-Knowledge of ship building standards
-Understanding of manufacturing resource planning
-Mathematical skills
-Supervisory and people skills
-Planning and organising skills
-Communication skills
Customer service skills
