Job Position – Project Quantity Surveyor

Key Responsibilities
1. Prepare and manage project budgets, cost estimates, and financial reports.
2. Perform quantity take-offs and prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
3. Evaluate subcontractor quotations, variations, and interim payment applications.
4. Monitor project expenditures and ensure compliance with contract terms.
5. Assist in tendering, procurement, and detailed cost analysis.
6. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure commercial compliance.
7. Maintain accurate records of project documentation, change orders, and correspondence.
8. Support preparation of monthly valuations and final accounts.
Candidate Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
2. Proficiency in MS Excel and quantity take-off software; AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage.
3. Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
4. UAE experience is preferred.
5. Applicants must be currently residing in the UAE and willing to relocate within Abu Dhabi.
