Job Position – Project Secretary / Data Entry Specialist
Location: Al Shamal, Qatar
Job Type: Full-time & Permanent
Key Responsibilities:
– Oversee and manage the inventory control process, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of stock levels, shipments, and orders.
– Maintain, update, and monitor inventory records in a timely and accurate manner.
– Manage and organize project documentation, ensuring all files and records are up-to-date and easily accessible.
– Support project teams by preparing and maintaining project-related documents and reports.
– Perform data entry tasks using MS Excel, ensuring the highest level of accuracy and efficiency.
– Generate and analyze inventory-related reports to identify discrepancies or issues that require attention.
– Collaborate with internal teams to resolve inventory-related challenges and ensure smooth project execution.
– Assist in preparing and organizing meetings, schedules, and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
– Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Key Requirements:
– Minimum of 5 years of experience in inventory control or related roles.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, data manipulation, reporting).
– Strong organizational and time-management skills.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
– Experience in project administration or documentation is preferred.
– Immediate availability to join with a QID and NOC.
