Job Position – Property Consultant

Luxury Property Developer – Dubai
Responsibility:
– Client Management: Assist clients in purchasing properties, ensuring a smooth and positive experience throughout the process.
-Networking : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and other real estate professionals to expand the client base and foster long-term connections.
– Documentation: Prepare and manage all necessary documentation for property transactions, including contracts, deeds, and leases, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
– Compliance: Ensure all property transactions comply with local laws and regulations, maintaining the highest standards of ethical conduct.
Requirement:
– Minimum 2 years of experience in off plan sales with a leading Property Developer or Brokerage in the UAE.
– Strong and established relations with leading Real Estate companies in UAE and International markets.
– Must hold valid UAE Driving License.
– Must speak fluent English and Turkish/German/Hebrew.
Skills :
– Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
– Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
– Fluency in English and any additional languages (Turkish/Italian/German/Hebrew) is mandatory.
Personal Attributes:
– Highly motivated and target-driven.
– Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

– Fixed monthly salary AED 8,000 to AED 12,000(Subject to experience) with added commission structure.
