Job Position – Property & Office Administrator
Company Name – Al Barakah Dates Factory LLC
To support our property management operations, front office, and executive coordination.
This role requires someone who can handle leasing coordination, office administration, and management support with efficiency and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
-Property Administration
-Prepare leasing documents, renewals, and tenancy agreements
-Handle tenant inquiries and ensure timely responses
-Maintain and update property and tenant records
-Coordinate with maintenance and internal departments
-Track follow-ups and ensure proper documentation
-Office Administration & Reception
-Manage front desk operations, visitors, and calls
-Handle emails, correspondence, and office coordination
-Maintain organized filing systems (digital & physical)
-Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations
-Executive Support
-Assist CEO/senior management with scheduling and coordination
-Prepare reports, documents, and internal communications
-Handle confidential administrative tasks professionally
Requirements
-1–3 years experience in Administration / Customer Service
-Experience in Property Management / Real Estate is preferred
-Strong communication skills
-Proficient in MS Office
-Knowledge of Ejari is an advantage
-Well-organized, presentable, and able to multitask
-Salary : AED 6,000/month
