Job Position – Public Relations Officer

Experience Required: Minimum 3–5 years in UAE
Strong background in the construction sector and hands-on experience dealing with ADNOC, CICPA, and visa processing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all government-related activities and ensuring full compliance with UAE labour and immigration regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
– Handle all UAE visa and labour procedures (new, renewal, cancellation, medicals, Emirates ID, etc.)
– Coordinate with ADNOC for gate passes, vendor registration, and documentation.
– Manage CICPA pass applications and renewals for staff and vehicles.
– Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UAE labour laws and government portals (MOHRE, Tasheel, ICA, Abu Dhabi Police, etc.)
– Liaise with municipalities, ministries, and other government entities on company matters.
– Ensure timely processing of company licenses, permits, and approvals.
– Support HR and Admin departments with document control and employee-related paperwork.
Qualifications:
– Proven experience as a PRO in the construction industry (minimum 3 years).
– Strong knowledge of ADNOC and CICPA procedures.
– Familiarity with UAE labour, immigration, and trade license processes.
– Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
– Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic (Mandatory).
– Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
