Job Position – QA/QC Inspector

HVAC Maintenance
HVAC Maintenance background to join Maintenance division. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in HVAC QC Inspector, with expertise in quality control, inspection and compliance of HVAC Systems.
This role requires close collaboration with client, and project execution teams to ensure full compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree or diploma in mechanical, or related engineering discipline
-Additionally experience is Safety Management or having NEBOSH certification is desirable.
-4+ years of relevant experience within HVAC FM background.
-UAE Driving License Preferred
Main Responsibilities:
-Conducted quality inspections for HVAC installations including ducting, piping, insulation, dampers, and equipment as per approved shop drawings and project specifications.
-Skilled in Site Inspections, snagging, MIR/WIR processes T&C support.
-Verified compliance with ASHRAE, SMACNA, and project QA/QC requirements prior to client inspections and Prepared and reviewed Method Statements, Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), MIRs, and WIRs for HVAC works.
-Ensure proper material approvals, storage, and installation practices in line with project quality procedures and Maintained inspection records, checklists, and quality documentation for audits and reporting.
