Job Position – QHSE Officer

ROLE:
Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented QHSE Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental management systems in line with applicable standards and regulations. This role ensures that all QHSE procedures are followed to maintain a safe and compliant working environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Develop, implement, and monitor QHSE policies, procedures, and systems.
– Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and international standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
– Conduct regular risk assessments, safety audits, and inspections.
– Investigate incidents and accidents, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions.
– Coordinate QHSE training and awareness programs for staff.
– Maintain QHSE documentation and records.
– Promote a strong safety culture across the organization.
– Strong knowledge of QHSE standards and legal requirements.
– Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
– Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
REQUIREMENT:
– Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, or a related field.
– Certification in NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent.
– Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
– Immediate joiners will be preferred
