Job Position – Quality Assurance Executive

Experience Required:
Minimum 2 years in the food industry
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Microbiology, Biotechnology, or a related field
With at least 2 years of experience in the food industry to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience and a strong understanding of HACCP and ISO food safety standards to help us maintain product quality and ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement, monitor, and maintain HACCP plans and ISO standards within the facility.
• Conduct regular quality checks and ensure GMP and food safety practices are followed in production.
• Maintain proper documentation related to quality assurance and food safety audits.
• Assist in internal audits and support external certifications like FSSC 22000, ISO 22000.
• Manage non-conformance reports and follow up on corrective actions.
• Provide training to staff on food safety, hygiene, and quality protocols.
• Coordinate with the production team to ensure product quality from raw material receipt to finished goods dispatch.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly QA reports.
Required Skills:
• Solid knowledge of HACCP, ISO 22000, and GMP practices.
• Good understanding of food safety regulations.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills.
• Ability to handle internal and external audits.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
