Job Position – Quality Control Coordinator
Company Name – Elsewedy Digital
Whose main task will be the management of inspection activities for different Purchase Orders in the Electrical and Instrumentation fields within a project.
Liaise with the Project Team in order to solve any quality control matter that happens during the life cycle of the Purchase Order
Liase with Client’s quality control representative and Vendor’s quality control personnel.
Typical commodities to handle electrical equipment, transformers, switchgears, instruments, MAC/DCS, electrical and instrumentation cables, fibre optic cables, telecommunication systems.
Liase with Vendor and the assigned inspector to ensure that the contractual quality control scope of works is fulfilled.
To deal with TR Design Engineering and Project Engineers as well.
Reporting to the Inspection Leader assigned to the Project.
8 – 10 years of experience in Oil and Gas industry.
5 – 7 years’ experience in Inspection activities in an EPC contractor or repudiated fabricators in Oil and Gas sector
Very desirable experience in ADNOC and EPC projects
Experience in producing/review quality documents.
Deep Knowledge of E&I normative and standards: IEC, IEE, ISA
Knowledge of ASME, API, ANSI Codes
Experience in most used E&I equipment in Oil and Gas Industry (Electrical Equipment, Transformers, Switchgears, Instruments)
