Job Position – Quality Inspector

Location : Jebel Ali. UAE

The Plastic Injection Molding and Blow Molding Quality Inspector is responsible for ensuring that all plastic components produced meet the company’s quality standards and customer specifications. This role involves conducting thorough inspections, documenting findings, and collaborating with production teams to maintain high-quality output. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and experience in a manufacturing environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform visual and dimensional inspections of plastic injection molded parts using appropriate measuring tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges).
Verify that products meet established quality standards and customer requirements.
Document inspection results accurately and maintain detailed records of findings.
Identify non-conforming materials or products and communicate issues to the production team for corrective action.
Assist in root cause analysis and implementation of corrective/preventive actions as needed.
Participate in regular audits of production processes to ensure ongoing compliance with quality protocols.
Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and other team members to resolve quality-related issues promptly.
Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with safety regulations.
QUALIFICATION AND SKILL
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is an advantage.
CQT (Certified Quality Technician) or similar certification is highly desirable.
Experience working within ISO 9001 and FSSC 22009 certified environments or familiarity with ISO 9001 standards related to manufacturing quality control.
Proven experience as a quality inspector in a plastic injection molding or similar manufacturing environment.
Familiarity with inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and blueprints/specifications.
Keen attention to detail with strong observational skills.
Ability to inteprete product specifications accuratel
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear documentation and reporting
Ability to work in shift rotation.
