Experience: Minimum 5 years in fit-out works
Industry: Developers-Luxury interiors & high-end fit-outs
Key Responsibilities:
– Cost estimation, budgeting, and procurement
– Contract management and variations
– Valuations and financial reporting
– Ensuring cost efficiency without compromising quality
