Job Position – Charge Nurse – OT Department

Aster Hospitals UAE, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Charge Nurse for our OT Department. If you are a skilled OT nursing leader with a valid DHA license, this is your opportunity to grow with one of the UAE’s leading healthcare providers.
Key Responsibilities:
– Lead and supervise the OT nursing team, ensuring the highest standards of critical care.
– Coordinate clinical operations, staffing, and patient care workflows within the OT.
– Promote a culture of safety, compassion, and continuous improvement.
– Ensure compliance with DHA regulations, JCI standards, and hospital protocols.
– Provide mentorship and performance evaluation for nursing staff.
– Work collaboratively with physicians, management, and support teams to optimize patient outcomes.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (Master’s Degree is an advantage).
– Valid DHA Registered Nurse License (mandatory).
– 8-10 years of nursing experience, with minimum 5 years in OT and at least 3 years in a supervisory or charge nurse role.
– Strong clinical knowledge, team management, and decision-making skills.
– Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
