Job Position – Quantity Surveyor
Company Name – SSA Recruitment Middle East
For an immediate opening with a Dubai based Real Estate Developer focused primarily in high-rise tower projects.
Candidates must have 5 years of experience in the UAE market with client side experience with a developer or consultant.
– Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying
– Currently based in the UAE
– Fluent in English
– Arabic is a plus but not required.
Applicants require a strong understanding of local construction laws, regulations, and standards – experience in cost management, budgeting, and project schedules. Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to identify and mitigate risks.
