Job Position – Real Estate Agents

Hogar Properties is expanding, and we are looking for motivated and results-driven Real Estate Agents to join our dynamic team in Dubai.
What We Offer:
-Basic Salary: Up to AED 5,000 (based on experience)
-Commission: Up to 60%
-Same-Day Commission Payouts

Key Responsibilities:
-Handle secondary and off-plan property sales
-Generate leads and build a strong client portfolio
-Conduct property viewings and client meetings
-Provide expert advice on the Dubai real estate market
Requirements:
-Minimum 2 years of Dubai real estate experience (mandatory)
-Experience in Secondary & Off-Plan preferred
-Strong communication and negotiation skills
-Target-driven and self-motivated
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
