Job Position – Quantity Surveyor – Building Construction
Company Name –
Location: Dubai
Looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in building construction projects in the UAE to join the team.
Experience Required: Minimum 4–5 years in Building Construction within the UAE
Key Responsibilities:
– Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents
– Evaluate contractor quotations and manage project costs
– Monitor project budgets and ensure cost control throughout the project lifecycle
– Prepare interim valuations, variations, and final accounts
– Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors
– Ensure compliance with contractual and commercial requirements
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
– Minimum 4–5 years of UAE experience in building construction projects
– Strong knowledge of cost estimation, contracts, and project budgeting
– Familiarity with UAE construction regulations and industry standards
– Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
