Qualifications: Degree in Quantity Surveying or commercial management with 4+ years of experience in both pre and post-contract stages.
Skills: Expertise in cost management, contract administration, and value engineering.
Skilled in BOQ preparation, change management, and the tendering process.
Proficient in negotiation, estimation, and quantity take-off.
Competent in using software like AutoCAD and PlanSwift for measurements and valuations.
Ability to manage variations, claims and interim payments effectively.
Location: Dubai, UAE. Preference for immediate joiners.
