Job Position – Quantity Surveyor
Company Name – Metastruct Engineering
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
– Prepare accurate quantity take-offs and Bills of Quantities (BOQs)
– Review and interpret civil and architectural drawings
– Prepare cost estimates, rate analysis, and tender documents
– Monitor project costs and support effective cost control
– Prepare interim valuations, variations, and payment applications
– Assist with tendering, subcontractor evaluations, and contract administration
– Maintain accurate measurement and commercial documentation
– Coordinate with project, engineering, and procurement teams to ensure cost-effective project delivery
REQUIREMENTS
– Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying
– 3–5 years of relevant Quantity Surveying experience
– Strong understanding of construction measurement, BOQ preparation, and estimation
– Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel
– Ability to accurately interpret construction drawings and specifications
– Strong analytical, numerical, and communication skills
– UAE experience is not mandatory
– UAE Driving Licence is an advantage
