Hiring for Quantity Surveyor /Cost Managers based in ABU DHABI UAE
Consultancy roles with Leading International PQS firm.
Consultancy roles, Not CONTRACTOR. Only those with a complete history within the PQS/ Construction Consultancy sector can be considered.
Key project sectors across, Hospitality, Residential, Mixed use, Leisure and master planned schemes from pre contract through to post contract delivery.
Minimum requirements :
5-10+ years’ experience in PQS/ Construction Consultancy Sector
3+ years in Middle East market
Experience in Pre contract role, reviewing and validating cost plans to support the client, then into post contract.
Measurement software expertise and strong software measurement skills
UK trained and qualified essential
MRICS advantage
Salary to 37K to 40K + including medical, flights. Family VISA.
Office Based roles.
