Job Position – Quantity Surveyor

Requirements:
– Minimum 5 years of experience as a Civil Quantity Surveyor.
– Knowledge of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems.
– Immediate availability to join the project.
– Must be available for an interview in the UAE.
Responsibilities:
– Prepare and manage cost estimates for construction projects.
– Evaluate and assess project variations and change orders.
– Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure – – accurate quantity take-offs.
– Monitor project costs, budgets, and progress.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
– Proficiency in Plan Swift Software.
– Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
– Attention to detail and strong analytical abilities.
