Job Position – Quantity Surveyor

Seeking a talented and experienced to join our dynamic team in Dubai.
Role Overview:
Looking for a detail-oriented and commercially astute with proven experience in standing seam roofing and insulated panel systems. The successful candidate will support the delivery of high-quality cladding projects across the Middle East and other global markets.
Key Responsibilities:
– Prepare accurate cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documentation.
– Evaluate and negotiate supply chain vendor quotes.
– Manage project budgets, cost control, and pre-contract value additions.
– Monitor order variations, valuations, and prepare progress claims.
– Liaise with design, procurement, and construction teams to ensure financial and contractual compliance.
Requirements:
– Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil/Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
– Minimum 3–5 years of QS experience, preferably in metal roofing and wall cladding systems.
– Strong technical knowledge of standing seam roofing, insulated panels, cold rooms and architectural façades.
– Proficiency in QS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
– Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
– UAE experience preferred.
