Job Position – Quantity Surveyor / Estimator

Job Description:
Seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quantity Surveyor / Estimator with a strong background in Civil, Fit-Out, and Joinery works. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing cost estimates, tender documents, BOQs, and ensuring cost control throughout project execution. This role requires in-depth knowledge of materials, construction processes, and market rates to ensure accuracy and competitiveness in all estimations.
Qualifications
– Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying or a related field.
– Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in civil, fit-out, and joinery works.
– Strong negotiation and communication skills.
– Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
– Knowledge of local market rates, building codes, and construction practices.
– Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.
