Job Position – Quantity Surveyor / Estimator

Supporting a leading construction company in the UAE in hiring an experienced with strong technical and commercial expertise in stone façade cladding systems.
Hiring professionals with hands-on experience in stone cladding estimation, quantity take-offs, tendering, BOQ preparation, and commercial management within the construction or specialist façade contracting industry.
Key Responsibilities:
-Review tender documents, architectural drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
-Prepare detailed cost estimates and quantity take-offs for stone cladding, substructures, anchors, brackets, and related accessories.
-Measure and verify quantities using IFC drawings and BIM models.
-Manage variations, claims, commercial documentation, and quantity reconciliations.
-Coordinate with engineering, design, procurement, and project execution teams.
-Support tender submissions, contract administration, and cost reporting.
Key Requirements:
-Proven experience in stone façade cladding projects is essential.
-Strong background in quantity surveying, estimation, and tendering.
-Ability to interpret architectural, structural, and façade drawings.
-Experience with BOQs, variations, cost management, and commercial reporting.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD, and Revit.
-Knowledge of PlanSwift, BIM-based quantity extraction, and ERP systems is advantageous.
– Strong commercial awareness and coordination skills.
