Job Position – 4 Quantity Surveyors!

Seeking two skilled Pre-Contract Quantity Surveyors – Infrastructure and two for Building projects, each with at least 6 years of UAE experience in the pre-contract phase.
These roles require the ability to prepare accurate cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents. Responsibilities include analyzing drawings, reviewing specifications, evaluating supplier/subcontractor quotations, and supporting the tendering process to ensure the submission of competitive and compliant bids.
Responsibilities:
Your tasks and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, performing accurate quantity take-offs from tender drawings and related documents. You will review project drawings carefully to identify and include any missing items not covered in the client’s BOQs.
Additionally, you will measure and calculate precise quantities for lump-sum or included BOQ items, verify and assess re-measured and provisional items, prepare comparison sheets to evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations, and calculate quantities related to variation orders for ongoing infrastructure or building projects.
