Job Position – Radiation & Laser Safety Officer

To play a vital role in ensuring the safe, accurate, and effective use of radiation and laser systems across our clinical operations.

What you’ll be doing:
-Lead radiation & laser safety compliance across the facility.
-Ensure quality assurance, calibration, and performance of medical equipment.
-Monitor and control radiation exposure for patients and staff.
-Conduct audits, risk assessments, and implement safety protocols.
-Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize clinical outcomes.
-Deliver training and promote a culture of safety.
What we’re looking for:
-Degree in Medical Physics or a related field.
-DHA License (or eligibility).
-Experience in radiation safety and QA processes.
-Strong understanding of UAE regulatory requirements.
-A proactive mindset with strong analytical skills.
