• Ensure compliance with local & international standards
• Review technical drawings & perform load calculations

• Supervise HVAC, plumbing & mechanical systems execution
• Coordinate between design consultants & site teams
• Deliver quality projects on time
3) Mechanical Engineer (HVAC)
• Design & implement HVAC systems for residential complexes
• Perform load calculations & select equipment
• Monitor site execution & testing
4) Mechanical / Fire Protection Engineer
• Design & review fire protection & plumbing systems
• Conduct risk assessments & compliance audits
• Collaborate with safety teams & contractors
5) QA/QC Engineer (Electrical)
• Implement quality control procedures
• Oversee testing & commissioning of electrical systems
• Prepare client approval documentation
6) Material Specialist (Engineering Background)
