Job Position – Real Estate Consultant

Responsibilities

Knowledgeable for Off-Plan Projects from different developers
Have a sales pipeline and a good network.
Close on company-provided sales leads.
Strong relationship management ability to communicate, influence, and collaborate with others to deliver business activities successfully.
Specialize in assisting investors and buyers to make appropriate decisions regarding property purchases.
Conduct research and analysis of the property market to determine areas with increasing demand and profitability.
To evaluate the requirements and objectives of clients to identify their needs.
To give clients recommendations and advice on choosing properties to invest in.
To assist investors in making purchases of properties that meet their requirements.
A strong team player with a proactive, flexible, and mature approach to the role
Financial Target: To be Achieved monthly, Quarterly, and yearly as per the company norms and policy.

Requirements:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Having at least one year of local real estate experience or sales background
Ability to work independently with little management involvement.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong sales mentality, and negotiating ability.
High motivation
Computer literate (MS Office, Internet, CRM, etc.)
Team player

Experience:

-REAL ESTATE (in UAE): 1 year

-UAE Driving license
