Successful and dynamic Real Estate Brokerage Company is looking for a Real Estate Salesperson. The ideal candidate will be responsible for responding to company-qualified leads, understanding prospects’ criteria and needs, finding the appropriate project (off-plan and ready properties) and closing deals. Your entrepreneurial spirit, can-do attitude, and eagerness to win will drive your success.

Responsibilities

• Respond to company-qualified leads by calls, emails and WhatsApp
• Understand prospects’ criteria and needs, find appropriate projects and close deals
• Daily report and update of activity on the company CRM
• Build and establish an excellent working relationship with clients and developers
• Prospect and identify new potential clients

Qualifications and requirements

• 2 years experience minimum in a similar position
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial spirit, proactive and organized
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• French native is a must
