Job Position – Reception & Administrative Assistant

As the first point of contact for visitors and callers, you will play a key role in shaping the professional image of our office while supporting day?to?day administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities Include:
-Welcoming visitors and managing the reception area
-Handling incoming calls and emails
-Maintaining filing systems and office documentation
-Scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating appointments
-Assisting with reports, presentations, and internal communication
-Managing office supplies and vendor coordination
-Supporting HR and Finance with administrative tasks
-Ensuring smooth daily office operations
Qualifications & Skills:
-Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field
-1–2 years of experience in reception or administrative roles
-Excellent communication and customer service skills
-Proficiency in MS Office
-Professional, organized, and detail?oriented
-Ability to multitask and handle confidential information
