Job Position – Receptionist

You will be the first point of contact for customers and visitors and will play a critical role in creating a positive and professional impression of the company.
Good communication, organizational, and customer service skills are essential for the success in this role.

-Greeting and directing visitors to the appropriate personnel or department.
-Answering and directing incoming phone calls, taking messages and responding to inquiries.
-Managing the front desk, including organizing and maintaining a clean and professional reception area.
-Receiving and distributing mail, packages, and deliveries.
-Keeping the reception area organized and supplied with necessary materials, such as brochures and promotional materials.
-Maintaining and updating contact databases and schedules
-Assisting with administrative tasks, such as photocopying and scanning.
-Responding to customer inquiries, both in person and over the phone, and directing them to the appropriate personnel.
-Coordinating and scheduling appointments and meetings
-Performing other administrative tasks, as needed, to support the smooth operation of the company.
-Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information
