Location: Dubai, UAE
Experience: 5 to 8 Years
To join internal HR/TA team.
If you have a solid background in IT and Non-IT recruitment and enjoy working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Handle end-to-end recruitment for internal roles (IT & Non-IT)
Coordinate closely with hiring managers and department heads
Build a strong candidate pipeline using various sourcing platforms
Manage interviews, feedback, offer discussions & onboarding
Desired Profile:
5–8 years of hands-on recruitment experience
Proven success in hiring across tech & non-tech roles
Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
Familiarity with the UAE job market is a strong advantage
