Roles & Responsibilities
The Recruiter at Omnix is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end recruiting cycle, including sourcing, screening, and qualifying candidates across our divisions and branches in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, and Qatar. This role actively participates in staffing-related activities and cross-functional projects, ensuring we meet the hiring needs of our regional enterprise and public clients.
· Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with hiring managers, stakeholders, and clients to understand and anticipate evolving hiring needs.
· Candidate Assessment: Identify necessary competencies and qualifications by analyzing job descriptions, RFPs, and RFQs.
· Job Posting & Sourcing: Post job openings and actively head-hunt qualified candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn, Bayt, and Naukri Gulf.
· Social Media Management: Manage the LinkedIn page to effectively network and source candidates.
· Talent Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with prospective talents to effectively market and sell job opportunities.
· Conduct Interviews: Perform competency-based interviews, pre-employment assessments, screenings, HR interviews, and skill tests.
· Coordinate Technical Interviews: Schedule and facilitate technical interviews with line managers or committees.
· Reference Checks: Conduct reference checks for shortlisted candidates to verify qualifications and experience.
· Offer Negotiation: Negotiate offered packages, collect required documents, and obtain necessary approvals for offer letters.
· Document Administration: Administer offer letters and follow up on document collection for visa processing, if needed.
· Job Description Preparation: Prepare and analyze job descriptions to ensure clarity and alignment with recruitment goals.
· Salary Surveys: Conduct salary surveys for outsourced positions to maintain competitive compensation structures.
· Recruitment Lifecycle Management: Ensure all phases of the recruitment life cycle are properly coordinated, monitored, tracked, and executed according to Omnix policies and procedures.
· Job Portal Negotiation: Negotiate agreements with job portals to optimize recruitment efforts.
· HR Administration Support: Handle other HR administrative tasks as needed to support the overall recruitment function.
