Job Position – Recruitment Coordinator
Location – Damascus City, Syria
Job Type – Full-Time
A well-established commercial company is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to primarily support recruitment activities, while also assisting in HR administration and front desk duties. The role focuses on ensuring a smooth hiring process and a professional experience for candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate the recruitment process (job postings, CV screening, scheduling interviews, candidate communication).
• Assist candidates with applications, required documentation, and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports.
• Conduct reference checks in coordination with the HR team.
• Provide administrative and front desk support, welcoming visitors and directing them appropriately.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration.
• Minimum 2 years of HR experience, including at least 1 year in recruitment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and basic HR systems.
