Job Position – Recruitment Officer
Company Name – Al Geemi Contracting
1) Senior HR Recruitment Officer
Must have 12-15 years of experience as a Senior HR Recruitment Officer in Road and Infrastructure Construction Company in UAE.
2) Recruitment Officer – Energy & Water Sector
Must have minimum 5 years of recruitment experience in the Energy, Power, Water, or Construction sectors.
Technical Knowledge:
Familiarity with transmission & distribution roles (substations, OHL, UGC).
Understanding of water network and infrastructure project roles.
Knowledge of project staffing cycles for EPC/Construction companies.
