About the job
The Robert Walters Dubai office care currently recruiting for a Recruitment Researcher to join their Accountancy & Finance team. This is an opportunity to work in one of our most successful offices located in the heart of the DIFC and alongside expert consultants.
What does the Recruitment Researcher/ Resourcer role involve at Robert Walters Dubai?
You will be working in a team who are very established in the UAE Accountancy & Finance market
– Excellent earning potential covering a huge market, working with clients and candidates throughout the UAE and Saudi regions
– Excellent training from our In-House trainer on the full recruitment cycle and a personal development plan from day 1
– You will become an expert in candidate management and identifying the top talent in the market
– You will be responsible for actively headhunting and researching potential candidates
– Joining an excellent office – extremely collaborative, social and diverse – we currently have 15 different nationalities in our office
Job Requirements with Robert Walters Dubai
– A proven track record in recruitment, sales or business development is required
– Experience in a fast-paced client facing role
– Someone who has an eye for business development and can anticipate client & candidates’ requirements in good time
– Excellent team player with good communication and organisational skills
