2) PROCUREMENT EXECUTIVE
Experience: 2–3 years (interiors/fit-out background preferred).
The Role:
– Vendor sourcing and strategic negotiations.
– Comparing quotations and issuing LPOs.
– Coordinating closely with site and project teams.
– Ensuring timely material delivery and strict cost control.

3) ESTIMATOR – JOINERY
Experience: 4+ years in interiors/fit-out.
The Role:
– Preparing BOQs and detailed cost estimations.
– Conducting quantity take-offs from drawings.
– Managing supplier pricing and cost coordination.
– Ensuring accurate and timely submissions.
Requirements: Strong technical knowledge of joinery materials and production processes.
4) ESTIMATOR – FIT-OUT
Experience: 4+ years in interiors/fit-out.
The Role:
– Preparing BOQs and detailed cost estimations.
– Conducting quantity take-offs from drawings.
– Managing supplier and subcontractor pricing.
– Handling accurate and timely tender submissions.
Requirements: Deep knowledge of fit-out materials, execution processes, and current market rates.
