Responsibilities:
– Assist customers in selecting the best travel options.
– Make reservations tailored to customers’ preferences and budget.
– Create travel itineraries and suggest local attractions.
– Handle payments and provide confirmation details.
– Resolve booking-related issues promptly.
– Upsell additional services to enhance customer satisfaction.
– Support customers with reservation changes or cancellations.
Requirements:
– High school diploma.
– Previous experience in hotel reservations and customer service.
– Strong communication skills.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
– Excellent multitasking and time-management skills.
– Data entry proficiency.
– Flexible availability.
– Immediate readiness to start.
– Visa, insurance coverage, and attractive benefits provided.
– Competitive monthly salary: AED 2,700 – AED 3,000.
– Weekly off and airline travel tickets included.
– 5% commission on upselling opportunities.
