Hiring for detail-oriented reservation agent to assist customers from Russia with their booking needs.

Requirements:
· Mandatory – Russian Language fluency
· Excellent customer service skills
· Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
· Certified travel associate (CTA) or certified travel counselor (CTC), preferred
· Proficient in Microsoft office

Responsibilities:
· Provide planning and booking services, including answering customers’ questions, making travel suggestions, booking rooms and tickets.
· Up-sell and have excellent knowledge of deals and savings available to customers
· Making reservations for customers based on their various requirements and budgetary allowances
· Checking the availability of accommodation or transportation on the customers’ desired travel dates
· Help plan travel itineraries by suggesting local tourist attractions and places of interest
· Processing payments and sending confirmation details to customers
Sorting out any issues that may arise with bookings or reservations

Salary: AED 4000 – 5000
