Job Position – Female Reservations Agent
Company Name – Jannah Hotels & Resorts
Location – Abu Dhabi
Requirements:
-Minimum 1 year of experience as a Reservations Agent in a 4- or 5-star UAE hotel
-Proficiency in English and Arabic
-Experience with Cluster Room Reservations or managing 500+ room inventory
-Proficiency in Cloud PMS
-High school diploma or equivalent
-Available to join within 1 month
-Flexible to work night shifts and 24/7 operations
Preferred: (FEMALE) Arabic-speaking candidates with a passion for guest service and strong communication skills.
