Position Overview: We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced female Restaurant Manager to lead our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for Indian cuisine, possess strong leadership skills, and be dedicated to maintaining our high standards of service and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.
Supervise and train staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
Manage restaurant inventory, procurement, and vendor relationships.
Implement cost control measures to optimize profitability.
Develop and maintain operating budgets.
Create and execute marketing strategies to drive customer engagement.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure consistent quality and presentation of dishes.
Monitor and maintain hygiene and safety standards.
Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues promptly.
Foster a positive work environment and motivate the team.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in an Indian restaurant setting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Strong knowledge of budgeting and cost control principles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in English; proficiency in Malayalam and Tamil is a plus.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
