Job Position – Restaurant Manager

This role is focused on managing day-to-day operations, leading front-of-house and back-of-house teams, and ensuring our standards for food quality, service, and customer experience are consistently met.
You’ll play a key role in driving restaurant performance, developing a strong team, and ensuring smooth operations while maintaining the quality and standards Yolk Brands is known for.
In this role, you will:
Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service
Lead, train, and manage front-of-house and back-of-house teams
Maintain high standards of food quality, customer service, and hygiene
Manage staff scheduling, recruitment, and onboarding
Monitor sales, inventory, costs, and operational performance
Handle customer feedback and resolve operational challenges
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company standards
Support sales growth and local marketing initiatives
