Job Position – Restaurant Manager

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Restaurant Manager at 145 Group – Restaurants and Catering Services located in Baku, with flexibility for some remote work. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for managing daily restaurant operations such as food and beverage service, customer interactions, scheduling, budget management, and employee training. The Restaurant Manager will also collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products while maintaining company standards and will conduct regular audits to evaluate the restaurant’s performance and implement improvement measures.
Qualifications
*Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
*Minimum of 3 years of experience in a restaurant leadership or management role
*Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while meeting budget and operational goals
*Excellent communication, customer service, and conflict resolution skills
*Strong leadership and team-building skills to foster a positive and productive work environment
*Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and restaurant management software
*Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary
*English and Russian both verbal and written is must
