Job Position – Restaurant Manager
Company Name – Steigenberger Hotel
– A minimum of 2–3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager in a hotel or high-volume operation.
– Strong ability to manage multiple outlets simultaneously.
– Proven multitasking skills and ability to work effectively under pressure
– Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
– Solid financial knowledge, including budgeting, cost control, and P&L management.
– Experience in driving revenue and maintaining high service standards.
– Excellent guest engagement and complaint handling skills.
– Good understanding of HACCP, safety, and hygiene standards.
– Proficient in POS systems and Microsoft Office.
