About the Client:
A 5 Star hospitality company in a prime location in Dubai is participating in the upcoming DUBAI EXPO 2020 and expanding their line of premium restaurants catering Continental cuisine.
Job Description:
- Greet walk In visitors and delivering exceptional customer service assistance as the face of the hotel.
- Answer calls and field them accordingly to appropriate department extensions,
- Address visitors’ questions and needs
- Provide an overall welcoming environment to all customers by maintaining neatness and safety of front desk
- Manage clerical tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Open to Arabic nationals
- Female, 35 years old and below
- With at least 1 year experience in the same role
- Immediate joiners will be prioritized
