Restaurant Supervisor Jobs in Abu Dhabi
Hiring for experienced Restaurant Supervisors in our Premium Cafe Concepts, who are responsible for supervising day-to-day cafe operations to deliver an excellent guest and employee experience while training staff and working within set guidelines.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Manage and supervise the cafe’s overall operations
– Maintain exceptional levels of guest service
– Manage, train, and develop the cafe team
– Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
– Work within budgeted guidelines in relation to P&L, KPIs, and SOPs
– Drive sales to maximize targeted revenue
– Accountable for monthly stock counts and cost control practices
– Assess guest satisfaction levels with a focus on continuous improvement
– Guarantee communication meetings are conducted and post-meeting minutes generated
REQUIRED SKILLS
– Able to meet financial targets
– Ability to comply with brand standards
– Ability to work under pressure
– Excellent commercial understanding
– Excellent communication skills
– Excellent attention to detail
– Willingness to motivate, and develop team members and self
– Flexibility to respond positively to a range of different work situations and locations
