WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
– Previous experience in Turkish, Mediterranean, Middle Eastern, or premium restaurant operations is an advantage.
– Strong knowledge of food preparation, hygiene, and kitchen standards.
– Good understanding of HACCP and food safety practices.
– Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
– Strong teamwork and communication skills.
– Positive attitude, discipline, and professional approach.
– Passion for food, quality, and hospitality.
– UAE-based candidates are preferred for immediate recruitment.
