Job Position – Retail Sales Associate

What You’ll Do:
– Welcome customers with warmth and professionalism.
– Guide customers in selecting chocolates, dates, Arabic sweets, and premium gift boxes.
– Deliver exceptional customer service that reflects Daima’s luxury brand.
– Achieve sales targets through upselling and product recommendations.
– Handle POS transactions accurately.
– Maintain excellent store presentation and visual merchandising standards.
What We’re Looking For:
– Previous experience in retail sales (premium food, chocolate, luxury retail, or hospitality is a plus).
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
– Positive attitude with a passion for customer service.
– Well-groomed, professional, and team-oriented.
