Job Position – Retail Sales Executive
Video Game Consoles
Location: Dubai, UAE
Experience : Minimum 1-2 years of experience working in any video games/ electronics stores – Must
Responsible for managing and promoting the sales of video gaming consoles and related accessories in the store.
Responsibilities:
Actively promote and sell video gaming consoles and accessories to customers.
Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, answering their questions and providing guidance on product selection.
Maintain knowledge of current and upcoming gaming console models, trends and game releases.
Keep up-to-date with competitor pricing, promotions and products in the market.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service.
Maintain a tidy and organized store display for gaming consoles and related accessories.
Collaborate with the store management to achieve sales targets and increase revenue.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the gaming industry/ electronics – minimum 1-2 years must.
Good knowledge of video gaming consoles and accessories.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong customer service skills.
Fluent in English (verbal and written).
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
