Job Position – RPA Analyst
Company Name – Finesse Global
• Work with process owners to identify and assess appropriate automation use cases
• Define, document, and validate business-provided, detailed automation requirements
• Develop scalable and efficient process automations and reusable components that can be leveraged across different lines of businesses
• Serve as subject matter expert to others seeking to utilize RPA technologies for automating and streamlining existing manual business processes
• Translate business requirements, current and future state process designs to create automation ready process flows
• Support end-to-end execution of multiple RPA projects, varying in size and complexity
• Collaborate with multi-functional and virtual teams across IT, business operational functions, and vendors
• Adhere to the appropriate governance standards, policies, and best practices
• Create and document test procedures and scenarios for the pre-UAT phases
• Provide support to end users during UAT and debugging root causes of any issues
• Review assessment of current RPA opportunities using RPA assessment tool
• 5-10 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst in process improvement and system requirements/implementation
• Experience with Process Improvement/Workflow mapping tools (e.g. Visio)
• Familiarity with Automation Life Cycle (ALC) methodology a plus
• Experience as a SPOC (Single Point of Contact) for interfacing between business users/stakeholders to answer any queries that arise during the development and testing of an automated solution
• Familiarity with Agile software development processes
• Self-motivated, independent individual that promotes teamwork
• Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to build and develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to effectively address issues in collaboration with others as appropriate; Ability to proactively anticipate problems and opportunities and confidence to use initiative to pursue solutions
• Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently and effectively
• Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint is necessary for successful execution of the position
Nice to have:
•Business Analyst certification from Automation Anywhere, UiPath, a plus • Experience with Power Automate
